Tournaments (Coming Soon)

In a nutshell, tournaments will allow anyone to invite all of their friends to engage in either a wagered tournament or a no stakes tournament (whatever you like).
This will be a departure from the traditional tournament structure that has been popularised by current online Chess platforms. No longer will users need to have a certain rating or go through a verification process in order to host a tournament.
Better yet, users who host wagered tournaments can get paid.
Here's an example for how it could work with 10 people (and scale as high as 100):
All users decide to wager $10 each with a total pot size of $100
Chess3 deducts it's fee (10%)
The tournament organiser gets their comp (10%)
And the winner get's the rest (80%)
Keep in mind, these are just our plans for online tournaments. We're planning on hosting IRL tournaments and establishing a whole new side to Chess and esports. We'll be starting in Australia first (we want to be the biggest Chess tournament in the country) and then we'll look to expand globally.
